Our family was so proud of you, last week, and are thanking God for you, once again, today. True, we've sent lots and lots of emails this past year - here's one last one to congratulate you! As you start another Monday morning and week of defending in criminal court-everyone in this family, is so thankful we had you to defend us, last Tuesday. Your concluding argument. was nothing short of brilliant, using the unfortunate Pittsburgh environment to help us!  We had a multitude of people praying for the truth and justice to prevail, worldwide, and our prayers were indeed answered. I'm sure you have heard this, before, but, here goes- "David slew the giant!" You, not Perry Mason, slew our giant! (It was so evident who was on the run, that last 10 minutes in the hallway! It was amazing to see the house of cards fall down- and the judge did not even see what we saw and heard in our favor).

Enjoy this win for your record! It was as big as you said, and you deserve the credit for reading everything right. You did your job, well - it was as close to a miracle as we have ever seen.

On behalf of all our family members and close relatives/friends, we thank you so much for the victory for G.G. and our family. You did a fantastic job reading the situation and toughness of the case. The trial was way beyond our expectations, and your sound judgment on that last round (with not using Nicholas) won the case, we believe. We are honored to have had your representation and kind office staff behind us, over the last 16 months. Will we be given a copy of the judgment, and as well, will G.G.'s record be expunged (in terms of being suspect/tarnished of these charges in the community we five, both at our local police depts. -Crescent, and Moon Township, and school district the detectives visited). I do not know the procedures of this, and if it is the burden of the State to take care of this?

I was falsely accused of a sex crime, and it is the worst thing a man can go through. Don't ever think that the charges will magically disappear. Most of all, do not make the mistake that I did, and that most people do - do not hire an attorney that does not have specialized experience dealing with sex crime cases. I spent a fortune before finally finding David, and it was a blessing that I found him. I can't imagine any other attorney in Pittsburgh that has his skills. He is a genuine person and a brilliant attorney. My life would be over if it wasn't for David . If you are ever accused of a sex crime, hire David from the start.

Hi Erin,

I just wanted to write and say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the help that you provided in my case. I was able to survive my 60 days in jail, thankfully. I realized how lucky I was to have Dave as my attorney when another woman came to the jail having been sentenced for the same type of crime. They even claimed to have a confession which if found guilty my family and I would have suffered for six years.
